Versatile Eyes with Jane Iredale Cream To Powder Eyeliner

I don’t know about you guys, but gel eyeliner is my biggest eyeliner fetish! I just love the look, the feel, and the long lasting capabilities of gel liners. The dilemma with my love for gel liners is that most are filled with parabens and preservatives to adhere to the consistency standard. I have yet to find a natural brand that makes a gel eye liner – but with Jane Iredale’s Cream To Powder Eyeliner, I think I’ve found a new favorite.

Jane Iredale is a brand dedicated to creating products that promote healthy skin underneath the makeup. Jane Iredale products are mineral based, cruelty-free, vegan, and gluten-free – not to mention, simply amazing!

IMG_0502The Cream To Powder Eyeliner is in a class of it’s own. The liners apply smoothly as a cream formula then dry with a powdered finish. The best part about this eyeliner is that it doesn’t budge throughout the day. You don’t have to worry about smudges or creasing.

The product comes in two shades:

  • Black Plus
  • Brown Plus

Each of the shades comes with three liner colors that you can play around with to create a look that’s all your own.

Black Plus comes with a matte black liner, a matte light blue/silver liner and a dark plum with a bit of shimmer. Gorgeous! I love creating an intense line with the black, then smoking it out with the plum and finally adding a touch of the light blue/silver to my waterline to brighten up the look.

Brown Plus is composed of a matte brown, a metallic bronze and a dark gold with shimmer. I like using the gold and bronze to create an ombre effect with the liner then using the dark brown to add some depth.

The versatility of these eye liners is priceless! You can create so many unique eye looks with the colors given because each of the respective shades has been formulated to compliment.

Best of all, this is a multi-use product that actually works: Of course they can be used as a chic eyeliner – but all of the colors can also be used as eye shadows and to fill in eyebrows. When using the Cream To Powder Eyeliner in any of it’s uses, it will stay on your face all day long without budging or smudging.

Jane Iredale has really outdone themselves with the Cream To Powder Eyeliner. It is absolutely    my new go-to… all day and everyday!
