I’ve always loved the look of white polish – especially in the Summertime! It looks very chic, clean, and put together. I’ve been looking for a non-toxic white polish… and low and behold I have found a perfect shade – Wipeout by Sparitual.
Sparitual is a brand that was designed and developed around the concept of “Slow Beauty”. To Sparitualists, “slow beauty” means taking the time to slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy the calmness of the world as well as wellness within. Sparitual products are vegan and free of DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, and formaldehyde resin. They have a wide variety of nail polish collections and shades.
Wipeout is a gorgeous ivory white. It has a bit of a pearl undertone if you look closely. I just love that this shade isn’t a “flat” color – it really holds some dimension! Along with being a natural brand, this polish has a nice application. It applied smooth and left a glossy finish.
I look forward to trying more products from Sparitual – I’m really interested in the brand behind the beauty: vegan, non-toxic, and the concept of “slow beauty” in a fast world.
As for now, Wipeout by Sparitual is my new go-to Summer polish!
Zoya is one of my favorite non-toxic nail polish brands. (Click Here to watch my video on the dangerous reasons why you need to go non-toxic with your nail polish!) Zoya has an amazing selection of colors and the quality is unsurpassed. I’ve been looking for either a bright yellow or lime nail polish to add to my collection, so of course – I turned to the Queen of non-toxic variety – Zoya! In my search for a playful Summer color, I found “Pippa“. This shade is a bright, lemon creme color. super fun and cheery – it reminds me of a bright and happy sun! This is an opaque polish so you’re good to go with 2 coats. The thing I like most about “Pippa” is the happy vibe I get when wearing it. Perfect for the Summertime!
Like I said before, the quality of Zoya is unsurpassed in the non-toxic world. The polish glides on smoothly and is chip-free for days. Zoya is a 5-free nail polish, which means it’s made without formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate. With Zoya “Pippa” you can have happy, healthy nails with a perfect Summery color!
I’ve raved about LVX before, and this gorgeous nude is right up the same alley.
LVX Rive is one of the best nudes I’ve tried. I’ve found that nudes with a tan hue work best my olive skin tone. The polish went on like smooth satin and settled really nicely into my nails. Lately, I’ve been wearing lots of Spring pastels, but today I felt like taking a bit of a hiatus from those trendy mints and lilacs. I just love the classy touch that a nude polish brings to your nails – especially Rive by LVX.
As I’ve mentioned before, I love this brand. LVX is cruelty-free, vegan, and nontoxic… but over everything, I love LVX because of their superior quality and chip-free formula. LVX Rive is a beautiful nude with a wonderful formula – perfect anytime of year!
Can I just say….. I LOVE this electric blue shade from LVX . Usually, I stick to monotonous shades of red or pink.. you know, the oh-so-typical colors you’d expect to find on any plain Jane pushing the envelope with a classic, elegant red mani. Needless to say, this bright blue definitely made me feel like I was stepping out of my comfort zone. #love !
This is the first time I’ve used LVX nail polish, but it applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly. The best part is, it’s cruelty free, vegan-friendly, and free of toxic chemicals! The brand claims to have a “chip-free” formula ~ fingers crossed this beautiful shade won’t chip too soon!
If you’re in the market for a nice blue shade, definitely check out Cerulean by LVX!
